At Papyralis, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for our products: Notebooks & Journals, Writing Instruments, and Office Binding Tools.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags, protective wraps, or cases.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Please note that personalized, custom-made, or clearly used items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges or refills for Writing Instruments.
  • Notebooks or journals with any writing, marks, or bent pages.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts not due to our error.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed, including the return address.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Inspection & Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.
  2. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund after the inspection.
  3. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  4. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not a result of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at our discretion.
